Our Story

In 1952, a small family operation in Kentucky set out with a simple belief: good food brings people together. At Uncle Charlie’s Meats Inc., that idea has guided every cut, every recipe, and every customer partnership for more than seventy years.

What began as a local, family-run venture has grown into a trusted regional supplier of bacon, sausage, burgers, and our famous tenderloin—a product customers ask for by name. While our reach has expanded to serve restaurants, schools, wholesale distributors, convenience stores, groceries, and individual consumers, our values have stayed exactly the same.

We remain committed to producing clean-label pork and beef products made with care, integrity, and consistency. Every item that leaves our facility reflects our promise of quality and dependable service, a tradition we’re proud to carry forward as a KY Proud company.
